HOW DO WE ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY & PRIVACY?
For every community event and program activity that we organise or host, we take all necessary measures to ensure within our best possible capability to enhance the safety and privacy on all of our guests. In reducing or to minimise against any possible attempt of unnecessary disturbance attributed to the irresponsible act or conduct of some individual person or even from any higher authority person, we have taken into the consideration by coordinating with the risk assessment management analysis before and during the pre-planning performances.
WHY DO THE GUEST ARE CHARGE FOR FEES TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR COMMUNITY EVENT?
She Decides Voices Project, is founded and manage from the humbling initiative voluntary effort coming from the community-leadership available free time. She Decides Voices Project, does not receive any form of community funding nor any government grants initiative including any global or international funds, to assist us in managing with our daily overall operational management in order for us to fully developed with consistency to provides our inclusive full participation in ensuring that everyone nor any group of community shall be left behind in reclaiming back the rights to gender-equality treatment.
HOW DO WE STORE OR HANDLE ANY OF OUR GUEST PERSONAL PARTICULAR IDENTITY? WHAT ARE THE PERSONAL DETAILS THAT WE REQUIRE FROM OUR GUEST WHEN THEY REGISTER TO SIGN UP FOR ANY OF OUR EVENT OR PROGRAM?
In taking consideration of the high-level sensitive in handling the diverse individual person personal particular identity, we at She Decides Voices Project, undertaken our full inclusive accountable participation to engage through stringent internal security where only the appointed staff from She Decides Voices Project manage and handle in storing our guest personal particular details. And most of the personal particular details are kept for three months, where we only request that our guest to provides their full name either through legal name or name they prefer to use, where we integrate to fully incorporate with the national PPDA regulation and guideline.
