A Distinct Identity With The Similarities Underlying Vulnerabilities to the Direct Harmful Impact

Established as part of local alternative collective spaces platform that enhance to foster and forge for the local solidarity alliance collective support to the call of action to bridge the collective building engagement gap among other diverse collective movement by encouraging to established for the conceptualise legal framework mechanism that integrate to standardized whilst in aligned to harmonizes with the UN human systems substantial desensitisation gender-awareness of the human rights framework mechanism rights-based approach in addressing against the national domestic multi-systemic structural violence against women & girls (VAW), gender-based violence (GBV) and harmful practices such as gender-stigmatization, genital mutilation, forced marriages, etc...

Nevertheless, even though with the profusely underlying emergence to engage through the collective initiative campaign engagement that's generated for the local call of action to end on any form of domestic violence against women & girl especially towards sexual violence compounded daily within the nation diverse sphere group of women and girls. However, majority of these local collective initiative campaign action tends to overlooked or simply had forgotten to include the other specific group of women and key population community who have the higher risk of vulnerabilities chances to be exposed directly upon the social harmful impact attributed and perpetrated from the multi-systemic structural violence of repression act including other serious violation against the human rights of the nation most disadvantaged and under-represented key population group of vulnerable (people) women & girl.

Furthermore, some of the most vocal NGO and independent human rights defender/activist, had succeeded to documented and produce for the substantive quality evidence-based proven theory or case-studies to highlighted upon the clear concise descriptive similarities between the specific key population group of (people) women & girl whom are subjected to endured or sustained with the same underlying clinical therapy diagnoses to physical trauma stress disorder, including other form of the myriad domestic violence such as to the pathological emotional and physical abuse, of how we can constantly hear or might likely have come across through any case studies report on how our social  heteronormative "norms" society group of women are subjected under harmful effects of domestic violence. Subsequently, these specific vulnerable key population group of (people) women & girl, continues to be affected daily through the direct gender-stigmatization and discriminatory repression act attributed by multilevel key actor player, are often left unchallenged or either to be ignored by any of the national social welfare sectors including by our inter-ministerial government multi-sectoral sector, and even to be under-represented during any of the national social policy debate or public social plenary discussion.

Thus, to further undermine the co-existent right as part of the nation active social societal community, and throughout, 53 years of the city-state island country independence day, the internal and external multi-level social infrastructural human systems key actor player continued to engage by providing the discreet and discrepancy silent submission to deprive or denied these specific group of women and girl and other key population community from receiving or to attained with any of the direct accession to equal legal law protection and fair treatment. Nor even having the right accession to their highly attainable healthcare and medical treatment, nor to receive or rendered with any direct helping hands from the national social welfares community services or even from any religious association or institution that shared the same religious faith of belief and values, especially among the prevalence key population group of women who use drug including the sex worker community.

This causation co-factor, enhance to further undermine upon the capability of the national group of women & girl to attained the recognition to further developed upon their diversity community-leadership collectives skill engagement as well as to attained their rights of agency inclusive full participation to gender equality and women empowerment. Subsequently, the nation lack of fundamental legal framework or even to provides for any substantive and comprehensive reparation redress mechanism, are identified as the main collective social barrier that constantly limited this group of (people) women & girls to inherent with the key significance motivation to fully break away from the vicious cycle of living in poverty as well as to be leading or enduring with the pathological emotional pain due to their daily harm exposures implicated or sustained from the national multi-structural systemic violence, discrimination, stigma, and stereotypical role.
