Through our own current and personal transition journey, by having the direct on-ground exposures upon the national domestic segregation and disparity gender-inequality treatment.  Allow us with the underlying community-building rapport to resonate well upon the direct difficulties including the difference transition journey to overcome against the myriad national domestic direct harmful exposure such as the gender-stigmatisation, discrimination, mockery or hate speech remark, stereotypical role including other serious violation against Singapore all level group of the women & girl including other key population community. By denied or deprive among Singapore most disadvantaged and vulnerable key population group of the women & girl in rendering for any of the national domestic cohesive collective development support in rendering out for any form of  State Country reparation remedies. Thus, prompted us to develop the She Decides Voices Project peer 2 peer community-leadership consultation, in enabling our targeted key population community to access through an direct alternative helping hand remedies or just to have a ear listener buddy that is a click away .
